Close your eye’s and picture the past and in particular, Copernicus when he first started out using his telescope. Now try to see what his facial expression and how he is exited about it.
Thanks to that song about Copernicus, I figured out that somehow Copernicus figured out a lot of thing’s including the fact of discovering that the world’s in the shape of a spherical orb not in the shape of a square (all around and it romes too). Do you realize that every time (in the song) the singers say “that on the shoulder’s of Giant’s we’ll see it all” they’re talking about even if you’re a scientist your still theoretically your standing on your ancestors’ shoulder’s and adding more to the future and making your ancestor’s proud of the fact that your adding more to their life of when they were alive and theatireticaly your helping them by adding to their lives. If you look through a telescope at night what do you see…. You see a bunch of planet’s right? Well then close your eye’s and picture a alien in a laboratory looking at us but don’t worry about the alien seeing you now the alien will only see you from like four years ago…. Weirdly cool right well actually you are right. Now put that aside. Now open your eye’s and now look through the telescope again you still see just pain ordinary planet’s right well actually pretend that your looking at the planet’s again only your looking through to four years in the past again only your looking at them in the past. Which brings me to my point! That every time that there’s a new discovery in the world we’re all supperised and happy about it. For example you might discover a cure for the common cold then every body get’s excited about it but then in like ten years from now they won’t, they’ll know and think nothing about it. In the end like two years from that point you might be excited but not about that same thing. That’s what I’m talking about every body might be excited for like ten years or so but in a couple of years from then, they won’t be that much exited after like twenty years from now.
